The time-related and dose-response effects of ethanol on rectal temperature, handling-induced convulsions (HIC) and blood ethanol concentrations were evaluated inCB2KO and wild-type (WT) mice. The reinforcing properties of ethanol were evaluated in conditioned place preference (CPP
